On the last day, We were very late to catch our flight and I ask Bertie if he could order a cab for us to the train station. Bertie refused because… He DROVE us not to the train station BUT to the airport ! It was SOOO nice of him ! So to finish I wanted to say that when I will remember my trip to London Southend I will always think of Bertie and his kindness !
